I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were brilliant, spacious, and very comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. However, the room service was really poor due to being understaffed over the weekend, leading to delays in getting my room made up. The location was convenient for my trip's venue but had some inconveniences like double-parked cars and noisy doors between rooms. The dining experience was very good, especially with the efficient and friendly staff, although the menu could use more variety.

My stay at the Embassy Suites was a bit of a mixed bag. On one hand, the service was exceptional, with the staff going out of their way to assist me and my family. However, there were some issues with the rooms initially being dirty and the communication breakdown regarding amenities. The location was convenient, and I enjoyed the proximity to the mall and beaches. The dining experience was good, but the presence of unsupervised kids was a drawback. Overall, a decent stay with some room for improvement.

Upon arrival at midnight, I found the rooms to be spacious and comfortable, with 2 queen-sized beds, around the huge restaurant/lobby/bar area. The hotel staff, from Romeo and Mario at the cook station to Clarissa and the Filipino male floor staff, were exceptionally friendly and helpful, which truly made a difference for a weary traveler. However, the location, although close to offices and a giant mall, became overcrowded at times with dirty dishes piling up without prompt cleaning. The dining experience was a mix of good food and drinks, although some areas were subpar compared to other Embassy Suite standards. Overall, the facilities offered were satisfactory, though the service did cut back slightly on in-room supplies. A downside was the $35 per day parking fee, especially for Hilton Honors Members where parking should ideally be included in the rate paid.
